CV

I recently graduated from UCSB with a B.S. in Aquatic Biology. I joined the Hofmann Lab as an undergraduate in 2016, assisting PhD student Juliet Wong in researching how ocean acidification and temperature stress affects the development of urchins. During my senior year, I earned funding from Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities (URCA) to carry out a research project investigating transgenerational plasticity in the purple urchin in a climate change context.

I am currently working in the Hofmann Lab as a technician, carrying out general lab management and assisting with experiments. I am interested in furthering my knowledge of ocean acidification-based research and mastering new techniques in the lab.
